Job summary

Safestore Holdings PLC in Shoreham is seeking a Sales Consultant to help customers choose the right storage solution and to drive store targets.

You will join a close-knit team with strong management support and a structured sales development programme, with opportunities to grow into a Store Manager role.

The role is full-time (40 hours per week) on a rota across 5 out of 7 days, with a comprehensive benefits package including bonus, pension, healthcare, holidays and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service or retail is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven with ability to meet store targets.

• You will earn £12.71per hour (£26,440 per annum) with real potential for salary growth linked to career development and performance.

This is a full time, permanent role (40 hours per week) worked on a rota across 5 out of 7 days. Shifts fall within our opening hours – Monday – Saturday 7:30am-6:30pm (8:30pm on Thursdays) and Sunday 10:00am – 4:00pm.
