Job summary

Adidas in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant to join our retail team. You will connect with customers, promote adidas products, and contribute to a high-energy store environment.

As a brand ambassador, you will support merchandise deliveries, replenishment, and store KPIs while delivering outstanding service. Training and development are available to help you grow within retail and logistics roles.

Qualifications

• 1+ months working in a sports or fashion retail environment.
• Good communications skills in English.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
