Job Outline

Working as part of the Doncaster showroom team, you will be responsible for actively approaching clients, assisting them, identifying their requirements, and suggesting appropriate solutions from our product range to meet their needs and aspirations.

Key Skills and Responsibilities
  • Greeting clients upon entry to the showroom.
  • Recommending suitable product ranges based on client specifications (dimensions, budget).
  • Providing detailed and accurate quotations within agreed timeframes.
  • Handling payments, including cash and credit/debit card transactions, ensuring proper receipts.
  • Answering phone queries and dealing with client inquiries.
  • Following the established sales process.
