About the Role

Remote Telesales Advisor – Work from Home | Full-Time | Mon-Fri - £24.5k Base + OTE £30k+ | Permanent Role

Responsibilities:

• Engage Customers: Connect with potential clients and present products with great value.
• Drive Sales: Make outbound calls daily using an automated dialler.
• Achieve Targets: Secure 7–10 sales daily; 90% of the team are currently meeting their goals.
• Maintain Professionalism: Stay compliant and deliver excellent service.

Requirements:

• At least 12 months of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years.
• A quiet home office setup.
• Motivation to exceed targets, resilience, and adherence to best practices.
