New opportunity not to be missed! Vantage is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team based in Toyota Colne. In return, you will receive a competitive basic salary plus OTE and excellent benefits!

This is a full-time role, working an average of 5 days a week between 8:30 and 18:00, with every other weekend off.

At Vantage, we have built our success carefully and are proud to operate in thirteen locations across Yorkshire and Lancashire, representing Toyota, Lexus, Kia, and Škoda.

What we offer our Customer Consultants:

  • Opportunity to join the company's subsidised staff car scheme
  • Potential to increase your basic salary to £27,000 per annum

Additionally, for the first 6 months, you will receive guaranteed commission on top of your basic salary to help you build customer relationships and learn about our customer-first culture at Vantage.

Our ideal Customer Consultant will:

  • Enjoy working with people in a customer-facing sales environment
  • Be determined to succeed with strong communication skills and adaptability
  • Be highly motivated, able to work under pressure, and driven to excel in every task
  • Be willing and able to achieve sales targets for new and used vehicles within set guidelines
  • Contribute to the development of the centre's plans, policies, and procedures, ensuring sales tasks are completed smoothly and promptly
  • Hold a full, clean UK Driving Licence
