Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a proactive Sales & Commercial Support Coordinator to bolster the Contract Logistics commercial team. This role suits someone with experience in sales administration, commercial support, CRM management or marketing coordination and a knack for bringing structure to fast-paced projects.

You will coordinate proposals, manage CRM data, support dashboards and pipeline, assist with sales reporting, and work with Marketing to coordinate campaigns and

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, commercial support, or similar roles.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining pipeline data.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support customer opportunities, RFQs, RFIs and RFPs from qualification through to handover.
• Coordinate proposals, presentations and customer submission packs.
• Maintain CRM data and support CRM continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track opportunities, deadlines and commercial projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Support sales reporting, dashboards and pipeline management.
• Coordinate prospecting activity, market research and lead generation initiatives.
• Work closely with Marketing and Communications to coordinate campaigns and sales collateral.
• Facilitate opportunity reviews and capture feedback to improve future performance.
• Support the use of Microsoft Copilot and AI tools to improve efficiency and sales effectiveness.
