Great Bear is seeking a proactive Sales & Commercial Support Coordinator to back our Contract Logistics commercial team. The role suits someone with experience in sales administration, commercial support, CRM management or marketing coordination, and a passion for organising multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will support opportunities from qualification through to handover, coordinate proposals and customer submission packs, maintain CRM data, run dashboards and assist with lead

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Commercial Support, Sales Support, Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer and pipeline data.
• Strong process-oriented approach with a focus on structure, compliance and quality.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Support customer opportunities, RFQs, RFIs and RFPs from qualification through to handover.
• Coordinate proposals, presentations and customer submission packs.
• Maintain CRM data and support CRM continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track opportunities, deadlines and commercial projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Support sales reporting, dashboards and pipeline management.
• Coordinate prospecting activity, market research and lead generation initiatives.
• Work closely with Marketing and Communications to coordinate campaigns and sales collateral.
• Facilitate opportunity reviews and capture feedback to improve future performance.
• Support the use of Microsoft Copilot and AI tools to improve efficiency and sales effectiveness.
