Job summary

Great Bear, a leading logistics and contract logistics provider in the UK, is seeking a proactive Sales & Commercial Support Coordinator to bolster the commercial team. You will manage sales administration, CRM data, and coordinate marketing-driven campaigns while supporting opportunity tracking and bid documentation.

Ideal candidates will have CRM experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration or commercial support roles.
• Strong organisational and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining pipeline data.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Experience coordinating marketing activity or working with a marketing agency.
• Experience creating customer presentations, proposals and bid documentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Support customer opportunities, RFQs, RFIs and RFPs from qualification through to handover.
• Coordinate proposals, presentations and customer submission packs.
• Maintain CRM data and support CRM continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track opportunities, deadlines and commercial projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Support sales reporting, dashboards and pipeline management.
• Coordinate prospecting activity, market research and lead generation initiatives.
• Work closely with Marketing to coordinate campaigns and sales collateral.
• Facilitate opportunity reviews and capture feedback to improve future performance.
• Support the use of Microsoft Copilot and AI tools to improve efficiency and sales effectiveness.
