Great Bear, part of Culina Group, seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand client base in warehousing and distribution. You will hunt new business, develop proposals, and work with senior teams to shape services while travelling across the North and Midlands.

You’ll report to the Head of Sales and drive strategic growth, budgeting, and market intelligence to sustain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Business Development role within the Third Party Logistics sector.
• Experience writing proposals and tender documents that are creative and compelling.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients through networking and other lead generation methods.
• Develop proposals and present to potential clients to meet needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with Senior Management to develop new services and campaigns.
• Forecast and budget to support commercial submissions and growth.
