Job summary

LevelUP HCS is recruiting for a Sales & Client Support role within a leading financial institution, covering Fixed Income, Islamic Finance transactions across London and Dubai. The ideal candidate has a strong Global Markets / Fixed Income background and enjoys working with Sales, Traders, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless post-trade experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Fixed Income & Derivatives products.
• Strong understanding of trade processes and the full trade lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication skills with Sales, Traders and Trade Support teams.
• Islamic Finance knowledge is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide Sales & Client Support across Fixed Income, Treasury and Islamic Finance transactions
• Manage post-trade events from pre-matching through to settlement
• Act as a key contact for Sales, Traders, clients and internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with London Front Office desks and external clients
• Support London Sales-originated Fixed Income & Treasury transactions and Dubai Sales-originated Islamic Finance business
• Liaise with Paris Head Office and other downstream teams to ensure efficient settlement and minimise exceptions
• Analyse and resolve outstanding trade issues, escalating where appropriate
• Support new business initiatives and the development of Islamic Finance activities
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, controls and reconciliations
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Compliance, Control, Audit and other transversal teams

• Build and maintain strong relationships with London Front Office desks and external clients and brokers
• Support London Sales-originated Fixed Income & Treasury transactions and Dubai Sales-originated Islamic Finance business
• Liaise with Paris Head Office and other downstream teams to ensure efficient settlement and minimise exceptions
