Job summary

Totally Wicked in Gloucester is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service to customers across our stores. You will handle purchases, process refunds, maintain store standards and stay up to date with our products.

The ideal candidate is professional, enthusiastic, with sales experience, great communication and a flexible approach to working across seven days. You will join a team that values customers and growth, with included benefits and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service in line with our customer care structure
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
• Complete customer refunds and credits
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
• Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Store Manager

As a part time Sales Associate, you will have the security of guaranteed contracted hours with the added flexibility to accept available overtime shifts to support the wider Totally Wicked Retail Network.

A bit about the role…

• Deliver great customer service in line with our ‘Mr Wicked Cares’ structure
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
• Complete customer refunds and credits
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
• Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Store Manager
