Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent customer service in-store following Mr Wicked Cares.
• Process purchases accurately to maintain stock accuracy.
• Handle refunds and credits efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and store presentation to high standards.
• Test and demonstrate products to customers.
• Assist with stock counts and report discrepancies to Store Manager.

As a part time Sales Associate, you will have the security of guaranteed contracted hours with the added flexibility to accept available overtime shifts to support the wider Totally Wicked Retail Network.

A bit about the role…

• Deliver great customer service in line with our ‘Mr Wicked Cares’ structure
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
• Complete customer refunds and credits
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
• Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Store Manager
