Total Quiet Wicked in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support customers on their vaping journey. You will deliver friendly service, process purchases accurately, and help maintain store standards and stock.

The role offers guaranteed contracted hours with overtime flexibility, ongoing training, and a range of benefits. No vaping required—just a passion for helping people and doing the right thing.

As a part time Sales Associate, you will have the security of guaranteed contracted hours with the added flexibility to accept available overtime shifts to support the wider Totally Wicked Retail Network.

A bit about the role...

• Deliver great customer service in line with our 'Mr Wicked Cares' structure
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
• Complete customer refunds and credits
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
• Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Store Manager
