Job summary

Totally Wicked is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our store network. You will deliver exceptional customer service, process purchases, handle refunds, and help maintain store standards across 7 days of operations.

The role emphasizes test/demonstration of products and stock management, with ongoing training and career opportunities available. You’ll join a team focused on helping customers on their vaping journey while contributing to a positive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service in line with the Mr Wicked Cares structure.
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy.
• Complete customer refunds and credits.
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image.
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all products.
• Assist with stock counts and highlight discrepancies to the Store Manager.
