Job summary

Join Totallywicked Eliquid as a part-time Sales Associate in Leeds! Your main responsibilities will include delivering excellent customer service, processing purchases accurately, and maintaining high store standards.

We're looking for friendly and professional candidates who can meet sales targets and work flexibly across 7 days. In return, we offer ongoing training, a branded uniform, and various benefits including 30 days holiday (pro-rata) and recognition awards.

As a part time Sales Associate, you will have the security of guaranteed contracted hours with the added flexibility to accept available overtime shifts to support the wider Totally Wicked Retail Network.

A bit about the role…

• Deliver great customer service in line with our ‘Mr Wicked Cares’ structure
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
• Complete customer refunds and credits
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
• Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Store Manager
