Job summary

Totally Wicked is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Colchester to deliver exceptional customer service and support our retail network. You’ll process transactions, handle refunds, maintain store standards and demonstrate products, while working across 7 days with guaranteed contracted hours and overtime opportunities.

We offer a branded uniform, holiday entitlement pro-rata, ongoing training, and a range of benefits including pension, bonus schemes, and an on-site gym at head office.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in a retail or similar environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service in line with our values.
• Accurately process customer purchases and maintain stock accuracy.
• Handle refunds and credits efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain high store standards, cleanliness and presentation.
• Stay up-to-date with products and demonstrate them to customers.
• Assist with stock counts and flag discrepancies to the Store Manager.

A bit about the role…

• Deliver great customer service in line with our ‘Mr Wicked Cares’ structure
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
• Complete customer refunds and credits
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
• Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Store Manager
