Job summary

Total Wicked is looking for a part-time Sales Associate to join our UK stores. The role offers guaranteed contracted hours with overtime flexibility to support the retail network. You don’t need to be a vaper, but a passion for helping people and doing the right thing is essential.

The ideal candidate is professional, enthusiastic, and capable of meeting sales targets while delivering excellent service. You will work across 7 days, with uniform provided and access to various benefits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service in line with our structure.
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy.
• Complete customer refunds and credits.
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and store image.
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all products.
• Assist with stock counts and highlight discrepancies to the Store Manager.
