Sales Associate:

Become one of our Sales Associates by fulfilling the merchandising needs of our grocery-related customers through stocking shelves, building and maintaining displays, and partnering with nationally recognized customers such as Walmart, Giant, Harris Teeter, and more. Represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

What are the main responsibilities?

• Conduct in-store visits following Mondelez’s visit method to cover for teammates as needed.
• Order products via iPad for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez’s merchandising guidelines.
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives to ensure negotiations with store managers are followed and communicate issues to Mondelez management.
• Follow the daily route plan prepared by the operations team for efficient in-store service.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Work with Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated, and presentable at all times.
  
  

What can you expect from us?

• The base salary for this position is $40,000. It is eligible for participation in a competitive bonus program with potential for overachievement based on performance and company results, as well as eligibility for our long-term incentive program.

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID, especially since this role services a military base facility where federal ID is required for access.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical activities such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., including moving products and stocking shelves.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Reading, PA.
• Ability to drive to secondary locations in Poconos and Sunbury, PA.
• Full schedule availability required.
