Job Description

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Sales Associate with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the United Kingdom market. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in supporting the sales team, a strong background in dealing with clients in the United Kingdom, and proficiency in utilising HubSpot and digital marketing for sales and marketing activities. The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong screen presence, and the ability to think strategically to support business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in managing and closing sales opportunities, with a strong focus on the UK market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Leverage HubSpot CRM for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute digital campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs.
  • Participate in client meetings and virtual presentations with confidence and a professional screen presence.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and follow-ups as required.
  • Provide strategic input to refine sales approaches and improve performance.

Preferred Experience

  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in or with clients from the UK market.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident virtual presence with the ability to represent the company professionally in client calls and presentations.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales or tech-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with UK market dynamics and business culture.
  • Prior experience in working with international teams or clients.

Additional Information

  • Remote first set up (Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 BST) Hours may vary.
