Plumb Centre in Blackpool is hiring a Sales Assistant to support customers at the trade counter and help grow branch sales. You will advise on products, handle enquiries, and contribute to a smooth, friendly service.

This full-time role includes 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07:00–17:00 and occasional Saturday mornings, with a salary of £26,695 plus bonus and great benefits. Annual leave, a pension scheme, bonuses, and employee discounts are included.

Qualifikationen

• Face-to-face sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Some warehouse experience.
• Team player who can assist across areas to ensure smooth running of the branch.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic.

Aufgaben

• Serve customers at the trade counter by understanding their needs and providing advice and product recommendations.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email promptly and courteously.
• Make outbound calls to previous customers to regain business.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to drive sales within the branch for new and existing customers.
• Handle general warehouse duties including stock bookings, picking and packing, and heavy stock handling.
