Job summary

Leisure Lakes Bikes in Northampton is seeking a proactive Sales Assistant to join our busy shop floor. You will help customers with product advice, manage the workshop diary, and operate the EPOS till system while ensuring stock is accurate and well-organised.

We offer competitive pay (dependent on experience), 28 days holiday, Cycle to Work scheme, and exposure to leading cycling brands. Weekend work and flexible hours are required to support trading hours.

Salary Range: £30.800 + Performance bonus / £32.000 + Performance Bonus

Working Hours

Our Northampton store operates over seven days per week with trading hours typically ranging from 9:00am to 8:00pm. Successful candidates must be flexible and available to work across these operating hours, including weekends and peak trading periods. Split shifts will be required
