Leisure Lakes Bikes in Northampton is hiring a Sales Assistant to deliver excellent customer service and expert product knowledge on a busy shop floor. You’ll help riders find the right solutions, manage stock, and support workshop diary operations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Able to work on a busy shop floor and assist customers with product choices.
• Comfortable using EPOS tills and workshop diary systems.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge
• Operating our workshop diary and booking system
• Using the EPOS till system
• Managing stock and assisting with stock takes
• Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers
• Undertaking general shop duties to support the smooth running of the store
