Job summary

Leisure Lakes Bikes in Southampton is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service on the shop floor and help riders find the right cycling solutions. You will handle product queries, assist with stock, and contribute to a high-energy store environment.

The role includes operating the workshop diary, using the EPOS till, and supporting day-to-day store operations. A flexible attitude and passion for cycling are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to provide product advice and answer customer questions.
• Flexibility to work across shop hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Operating our workshop diary and booking system.
• Using the EPOS till system.
• Managing stock and assisting with stock takes.
• Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Undertaking general shop duties to support the smooth running of the store.
