Job summary

KFH is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our Residential Sales team in London. You will conduct viewings, negotiate offers, manage sales progression, arrange valuations, and convert instructions.

You will lead from the front, supporting training and development of new or less experienced team members while ensuring all activities comply with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of high performance as a sales negotiator, ideally in a London-based estate agency.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with multi-channel client advisement.
• Strong understanding of property legislation and regulations, including the TPO Code of Practice.
• Ability to coach and train team members effectively.

As an Assistant Sales Manager you will conduct viewings, negotiate offers, manage sales progression, arrange valuations, convert instructions, and lead from the front with cross-selling services across the group.
You will act as a role model to the team, demonstrating performance and commitment that inspires others. Supporting with training and development of new or less experienced team members and ensure all business activities are conducted professionally and in line with company policies and compliance requirements.

• Proven track record of high performance as a sales negotiator, ideally in a London-based estate agency.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience advising clients face-to-face, via email, and by phone.
• Strong understanding of property legislation and regulations, including the TPO Code of Practice.
