Golden Goose is seeking a Sales Assistant (Style Maker) to introduce clients to the Golden world and craft personalized looks that reflect each client’s personality. You will drive high customer satisfaction through a Golden narrative, exceptional service, and enduring relationships.

Based in Bicester, starting in October, the role involves driving in-store sales, offering product insights, and collaborating with the team to maintain brand standards and a premium shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant luxury retail experience.
• Self-motivation, positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Strong customer focus with presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor industry trends and understand local market (online and offline).
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business and customer needs.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in expressing their personality and crafting their Golden total look.
• Engage in sales by providing product insights and implementing up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with customers through omnichannel engagement and personalized offers.
• Contribute to store presentation and maintain brand-aligned visuals and standards.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, inventory, GDPR and health & safety compliance.
• Utilize IT and digital tools to enhance business processes and customer engagement.

The Sales Assistant (Style Maker) introduces the client to the Golden world, explaining the heritage and the values of the Brand. The Sales Assistant (Style Maker) is dedicated to crafting a complete and personalized Golden total look for the clients, capturing their dreams and reflecting their personality. This role is pivotal in achieving high levels of client satisfaction through a Golden narrative, an exceptional service and by fostering enduring relationships.

• Assist customers in expressing their personality trough their ideal dream looks, playing a pivotal role in achieving the store's business objectives, customer satisfaction, and overall store success.
• Engage actively in the sales process by providing comprehensive product insights, recommending additional items, and implementing up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
• Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships by making the clients feel relevant in the Golden Family, embracing omnichannel practices, leveraging digital tools and communication methods to ensure that customers receive updates, recommendations, and personalized offers.
• Actively contribute to the overall store presentation, maintaining appropriate visual display and store standards, and ensuring that products are displayed accordingly with the brand's image and standards.
• Assist with store operational procedures, including opening/closing, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards
• Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).

Key Requirements

• Fluency in English. Additional language knowledge will be considered as a plus, reflecting our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce
• Minimum 1-3 Years Of Relevant Experience In Luxury Retail
• Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
• Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
