Job summary

Golden Goose London seeks a Sales Assistant (Style Maker) to introduce clients to the Golden world, crafting personalized total looks and delivering exceptional service. You will guide clients, present product insights, and help them build their dream look through a memorable shopping experience.

You will engage in upselling and cross-selling, maintain store standards, and develop enduring relationships via omnichannel updates and personalized offers.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages a plus.
• 1–3 years of luxury retail experience.
• Strong selling techniques and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to maintain brand standards and presentation across the store.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in expressing their personality through their dream looks.
• Provide product insights and upsell/cross-sell effectively.
• Cultivate relationships using omnichannel communication and personalized offers.
• Maintain store presentation, visual standards and proper stock management.
• Support opening/closing, inventory and store compliance (GDPR and health & safety).
• Utilize IT tools (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth) to enhance engagement.
