Golden Goose Group is seeking a Sales Assistant (Style Maker) in Bicester to craft personalized Golden looks and deliver exceptional service. You will engage clients with the heritage of the brand, explain values, and drive the in-store experience across omnichannel touchpoints.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in luxury retail, strong presentation and communication skills, and a proactive sales mindset. October start with a focus on premium customer engagement.

Competenze

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• 1–3 years of luxury retail experience is preferred.
• Self-motivation with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor trends and understand the local market, both online and offline.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and customers.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
