Job summary

IKEA Milton Keynes is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to create inspirational shopping experiences by engaging with customers and understanding their needs. You will help keep the area clean, well-stocked, priced, and easy to shop, while building lasting relationships with customers and teammates.

The role offers 12–30 hours per week, including late evenings and weekends, with an hourly rate of £14.15. Start date is 3 October 2026, and benefits include IKEA discount and other staff programs.

Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset and ability to assist customers throughout the store.
• Ability to multi-task, plan ahead, and work as part of a team.
• Comfort with keeping area clean, stocked, priced and well presented.

Responsibilities

  The Start Date of employment will be: 3rd October 2026

• Hourly rate of £14.15.

• Part Time: 12 - 30 hours per week working 3-5 days out of 7, including late evenings and 3 out 4 weekends.
