Sales and Operations Team Leader, Plymouth

As a result of our expansion plans and continued success, we are seeking a dynamic Sales and Operations Team Leader based at our Head Office in Plymouth.

About the Role:

In this role, you will support Head Office and Stores with various tasks. Typical duties include:

• Assisting with recruitment support for new store openings.
• Providing administrative support related to HR and recruitment activities.
• Advising on HR enquiries from Head Office and store colleagues.
• Organising and delivering new starter inductions at head office.
• Managing and allocating departmental workload.
• Ensuring team members provide efficient service to support store and head office operations.
• Operational support for stores and head office departments.
• Creating and communicating reports.
• Supporting the Head of HR with HR and Recruitment projects.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Previous experience in managing people is preferred.
• A background in HR and Recruitment is advantageous.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing demands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
