Job summary

Rutherford Briant is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to join a growing family-run agricultural business in North Essex. The role combines sales, digital marketing and content creation, with opportunities to shape the position over time.

You'll gain hands-on training across listings, photography, website updates and social media, while building your own pipeline of leads and supporting the sales function. Weekdays, standard hours.

This is a varied, hands-on role offering the chance to develop skills across sales, digital marketing, and content creation, with real scope to shape the position over time.

With ambitious growth plans, it’s an exciting time to join a close-knit and supportive team.

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00-16:30
