As Head of Sales & Marketing, you'll lead the commercial agenda, taking ownership of revenue growth, brand strategy, lead generation and customer engagement. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business while leading both sales and marketing functions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and deliver the commercial strategy across sales and marketing
• Drive revenue growth through new business, customer retention and account development
• Lead marketing activity, including campaigns, content and lead generation
• Strengthen brand positioning across key markets
• Build relationships with customers, distributors and industry partners
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity
• Track sales and marketing performance, measuring ROI and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Lead and develop a team spanning both sales and marketing
• Work closely with senior leadership on growth initiatives and business planning
• Support international trade and import/export activities
