Rutherford Briant is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to join a growing family-run agricultural business in North Essex. The role combines sales, digital marketing and content creation, with opportunities to shape the position over time.

You'll gain hands-on training across listings, photography, website updates and social media, while building your own pipeline of leads and supporting the sales function. Weekdays, standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish listings for tractors, plant, and machinery
• Take high-quality photos for use in marketing materials
• Maintain and update website content
• Produce content for social media and digital channels
• Support the sales function and respond to customer enquiries
• Manage and develop your own pipeline of leads
• Take on more responsibility for sales as your experience grows
