We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive for success, a great work ethic, and a student mentality. As an Offline Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate will be key in driving sales and achieving targets.

Based on performance, you will then take on additional responsibilities to develop and train your own sales team to contribute to the company growth and scaling operations.

Duties

1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
2. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through effective communication.
3. Stay informed about the industry and competitors, to ensure informative communication with customers.
4. Manage time efficiently to maximise productivity and meet sales targets.
