Job summary

Fender Musical Instruments Corporation in Europe seeks a Sales Analytics Specialist to deliver accurate analytics and business partnering across sales and finance, supporting budgeting, discounts and revenue planning.

You will work with SAP, BW, Tableau, Hyperion and AI-enabled analytics to produce monthly and quarterly insights, multi-currency reporting and data governance for stakeholders across regions and channels.

Qualifications

• Ability to manipulate large amounts of raw data to produce financial information.
• Ability to analyse figures and present the information in a readable and understandable format for non-finance staff.
• Advanced IT skills (MS Excel).
• Multi-currency work experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Flexible approach and inquisitive nature.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with different cultures and styles.
• Recognised accountancy qualification.
• Experience of Hyperion, Tableau, BW and SAP.
• Use of AI Solutions to aid in Analytics.
• Consumer Goods or Manufacturing Background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing monthly and quarterly sales analytics to the business, including regional, channel, customer and PL level performance vs budget and prior years.
• Quarterly Customer Performance reporting for internal and external purposes.
• Active involvement in the sales budgets, including modelling of dealer budgets.
• ROI analysis of promotional activity.
• Analysis of forward order program, discounts and dealership profiles.
• Cost to serve and profitability analytics at a channel and dealer level.
• Checking the integrity of the sales data within reporting systems (BW, Tableau, SAP).
• Collaborating with the wider Data Analytics team to migrate reporting into new platforms, including AI-assisted analytics.
