Job summary

Fender Europe is seeking a Finance Analyst (Maternity Cover) in East Grinstead to provide accurate sales analytics for our European operation. You will partner with key stakeholders to deliver quality financial analysis across sales and discounts.

You will monthly and quarterly analytics, support dealer budgets, and perform ROI and profitability analyses, while ensuring data integrity across BW, Tableau and SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly and quarterly sales analytics for the European operation across regional, channel, customer, and product lines, vs budget and prior years.
• Prepare quarterly Customer Performance reporting for internal and external use.
• Model dealer budgets and participate in sales budgeting processes.
• Conduct ROI analysis of promotional activity.
• Analyze forward order programmes, discounts, and dealership profiles.
• Perform cost-to-serve and profitability analytics at channel and dealer levels.
• Verify data integrity in reporting systems (BW, Tableau, SAP).
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to migrate reporting to new platforms and explore AI-assisted analysis.

Key Purpose of the Job

To provide accurate sales analytics information for Fender's European operation. The role will provide business partnering to key stakeholders in the business, and provide good quality analysis for all aspects of sales and discounts.

Main Responsibilities

• Providing monthly and quarterly sales analytics to the business, including performance at a regional, channel, customer and PL level, vs budget and prior years.
• Quarterly Customer Performance reporting, for both internal and external purposes.
• Active involvement in the sales budgets, including modelling of dealer budgets.
• ROI analysis of promotional activity.
• Analysis of forward order program, discounts and dealership profiles.
• Cost to serve and profitability analytics, at a channel and dealer level.
• Checking the integrity of the sales data within the reporting systems, including BW, Tableau and SAP.
• Collaborating with the wider Data Analytics team to migrate reporting into new platforms, including use of AI solutions to aid with analysis.

• Ability to analyse figures and present the information in a readable and understandable format for non-finance staff

• Multi-currency work experience required
