Wards of Kent is hiring a Sales Advisor to join our team. You will connect with customers, promote additional services, and ensure every interaction helps them find their perfect home.

The role includes organising viewings and open days with a friendly, welcoming vibe, and turning conversations into opportunities. We offer a base salary of £21,000 with uncapped commission and guaranteed earnings for the first four months, plus a broad benefits package and ongoing training to support career

The Package
Basic Salary: £21,000
Commission: Uncapped (with guaranteed earnings for first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £29,400)
Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays - balance is key!

Essential: A full driving license and your own car
