With at least 5 years in luxury retail and a strong sales mindset, you will cultivate relationships with local and international clients, maintain product knowledge, and uphold brand visuals and service excellence as part of a dynamic team.

• Welcome, advise and retain local and international customers at Delvaux by offering an unforgettable client experience and build a solid client relationship;
• Develop sales and achieve the goals set by the commercial director;
• Verify and manage stocks status and replenish the corner to meet constantly customer needs;
• Participate in the continuous improvement of quality of service and hospitality towards customers;
• Acquire a large knowledge and understanding of our product lines to build a close relationship with clients and increase sales;
• Represent the brand image by maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping, and Delvaux standards;
• Provide feedbacks on sales, customer profiles, and product performance to your manager.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• At least 5 years of experience in retail luxury with a significant client’s portfolio;

• Demonstrate a strong sales mindset and identify business growth opportunities;

• Excellent presentation and passion for the brand;

• Strong communication skills and positive attitude;
