Saltrock-Spalding is seeking a Sales Advisor on an 8 hour contract to join our coastal lifestyle brand. You will help drive sales while delivering an inviting in-store experience.

You will handle till operations, merchandising, stock and deliveries, with opportunities for progression. Uniform allowance and a 33-day annual leave package pro-rata for part-time staff.

We value a warm, friendly manner, a passion for customers, and strong product knowledge to inform on features and benefits.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Help to achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand while processing sales transactions with care.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience in-store, creating an inviting atmosphere.
• Keep housekeeping to a high standard to maintain a healthy and safe store.
• Provide product information including features, benefits and stock availability.
• Assist with markdown/price changes within agreed timescales.
• Keep product tidy and presentable; replenish as needed.
• Support merchandising in line with guidelines and assist with deliveries.
• Keyholder responsibilities and reporting to Store Manager.

Role

• Helping to achieve salestargets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand whileprocessing sales transactions with care
• Ensuring customers have a positiveexperience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standardthe outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed ourcustomers with information about our product including features and benefitsand stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidyand presentable and replenish as needed
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction withour guidelines
• Process deliveries
