Job summary

Jewson, part of Stark UK, is recruiting a Sales Advisor for our Llangefni branch. The role involves leading generation, managing customer relationships, onboarding new clients, and driving revenue growth while supporting the team across yard, trade counter, and tool hire.

Expect a full-time schedule Monday–Friday with a Saturday shift every other week. You will contribute to customer engagement through product demonstrations and regular visits, ensuring accurate forecasting and proactive

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting to identify new business opportunities and customers.
• Account management to retain and grow existing relationships, upsell and cross-sell solutions.
• Onboarding and activation of new customers to maximise spend within 13 weeks.
• Drive margin and share of wallet growth across customers.
• Manage the sales process from lead to close with accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations and presentations to drive sales and rapport.
• Provide timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback and market insights.
