Job summary

Jewson, part of Stark UK, is recruiting a Sales Advisor for our Llangefni branch. You will drive new business, manage existing accounts and onboard customers, while supporting a close-knit team across yard, trade counter and tool hire.

We offer full-time hours Monday–Friday with Saturday mornings on rotation, and provide training to become multiskilled across branch duties. A competitive package includes bonuses and pension, with life assurance and other perks.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting to pursue new customer accounts.
• Account management to retain and grow existing customers.
• Onboarding and activation to maximise spend in 13 weeks.
• Maximise margins and share of wallet from each customer.
• Manage sales process from leads to closing with forecasting.
• Customer visits, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Provide timely reports on sales activities and market insights.
