You will be responsible for delivering quotes, supporting promotions, and maintaining accurate CRM records while upholding branch standards and service quality.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, onboarding new accounts.
• Provide expert advice and tailored solutions with cross-selling of products and services like Project Estimator and Tool Hire.
• Deliver prompt quotes and follow up on leads to drive sales conversions.
• Support promotions and campaigns to increase sales, margin, and service; cold call lapsed customers to generate new business.
• Liaise with external sales team to understand local market and customer needs.
• Own each sale from start to finish, maximise margin within pricing constraints.
• Develop knowledge of core and specialist product lines for customer needs and support the branch team on complex queries.
• Foster relationships with suppliers to maximise trading opportunities.
• Use CRM and systems with accuracy; perform key admin duties.
• Utilise technology solutions to improve communication and service.
• Develop skills to multi-task and be deployed across branch areas; uphold standards.
• Adhere to company policies, health and safety, compliance and controls.
