Fexco is recruiting a Sales Advisor to support No1 Currency stores across High Street, Waverley Mall and Queensferry Street in Edinburgh. This permanent full-time role involves 37.5 hours per week with weekend shifts and a rota in advance.

You’ll work mainly alone in-store, handling cash, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service as part of a friendly team. We offer a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour and benefits.

Qualificações

• Demonstrable excellent customer service experience ideally obtained in a cash handling environment.
• Experience of working with foreign currencies is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and deliver customer requirements, meeting and exceeding their needs and maximizing sales.
• Achieve and where possible exceed individual and team sales and service targets.
• Identify opportunities to cross sell various products and services.
• Perform effective and accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
• Ensure the store meets all operational standards and maintains presentation quality.
• Adhere to all Company Policies including Health and Safety, AML and Security.
• Deal professionally with customer queries ensuring satisfactory conclusions.
• Answer telephone calls promptly, politely and professionally.
• Undertake marketing initiatives to promote the Bureau and increase brand awareness.
• Ensure all POS and company materials are displayed correctly and functioning.

We are now recruiting for a Sales Advisor to be flexible across our No1 Currency stores. This role will cover shifts in High Street, Waverley Mall and Queensferry Street.

This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week. You will need to be flexible across the working week, be able to for a mixture of mornings and afternoons, and you will be required to work some weekends, with a rota that is shared in advance. Overtime to cover holidays and other local stores may be available from time to time.

We offer a competitive salary, paying £13.00 per hour, and great benefits. Most shifts you will be the lone Advisor in the store, but there is a passionate and friendly team who genuinely care about the success of our business, always available to support you.

Main Responsibilities

Working primarily alone in the store, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Identifying and delivering customer requirements, meeting and exceeding their needs and maximising sales
• Achieving and where possible exceeding individual and team sales and service targets
• Identifying opportunities to cross sell various products and services
• Effective and accurate cash handling and reconciliation
• Ensuring the store meets all operational standards and the highest levels of presentation are always maintained
• Adhering to all Company Policies including Health and Safety, AML and Security
• Dealing professionally and knowledgably with all customer complaints/queries ensuring a satisfactory conclusion is met
• Ensuring telephone calls are answered in a prompt, polite and professional manner
• Undertake marketing initiatives, to promote the Bureau and increase brand awareness
• Ensuring all point of sale and company material is displayed correctly and in working order

Qualifications and Experience required:

• Demonstrable excellent customer service experience ideally obtained in a cash handling environment
• Experience of working with foreign currencies is preferred

Competencies required:

• Demonstrable superior customer service skills
• Numerate, with excellent accuracy and an eye for detail
• Comfortable communicating on all levels including within the business and to external customers and suppliers
• Must be flexible and have a can-do attitude and approach
