Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care is seeking a Sales Advisor in Lancashire to be the first point of contact for customers. You will help customers choose optical and hearing products, provide informed advice on frames, lenses, and hearing care, and process sales and bookings using in-branch systems.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience is preferred but not essential.
• Able to work in a team and on own initiative.
• Basic IT skills and strong attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Assist customers in selecting optical and hearing products.
• Provide clear advice on frame styles, lenses, and hearing care.
• Process sales and bookings using in-branch systems.
• Support stock management and merchandising.
• Keep the store clean, welcoming, and well presented.
• Collaborate with Optometrists, Hearing Aid Audiologists and the branch team.
