Job summary

Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care is looking for a Sales Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find products and services that improve their lives. You will greet customers warmly, assist with product selections, and process sales in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable attitude and strong communication skills.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential.
• Basic IT skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Assist customers in selecting optical and hearing products.
• Give clear, helpful advice on frames, lenses and hearing care.
• Process sales and bookings using in-branch systems.
• Support stock management and merchandising.
• Keep the store clean, welcoming and well presented.
• Collaborate with Optometrists, Hearing Aid Audiologists and branch team.
