We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Vertu Renault York. This role offers a competitive basic salary of £28,000, with on-target earnings of £34,000, and the potential to earn significantly more. No previous experience is required! We provide full training and a comprehensive onboarding program to help you succeed and maximise your earnings from day one.
After 6 months, you can transfer to a Sales Executive role, increasing your on-target earnings to £45,000+ plus a Company Car.
Enjoy a 40-hour work week (five 8-hour shifts), most Saturdays (our busiest sales day), and a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays, so you can relax and recharge.
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll support customers throughout their car-buying journey—arranging test drives, assisting with finance options, and guiding them through accessories. You’ll ensure every customer has a fantastic experience. Our team engage with customers online, in-store, on the phone, or via video, both locally and nationally. Strong communication skills and confidence with technology are essential.
All we need from you is a full driving licence (manual and automatic) and the ability to deliver excellent customer service. Experience in retail, hospitality, or any customer service or sales-led field is desirable.
