Job summary

Saltrock in Tenby is seeking a temporary Sales Advisor on an 8-hour contract to support our coastal lifestyle brand and deliver exceptional service to customers in store.

You'll work with an energetic team, process transactions with care, keep the store inviting, and assist with merchandising and deliveries as needed. This maternity cover role suits someone passionate about retail and Saltrock.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail would be desirable but not essential.
• Ability to process sales transactions with care.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for product and brand.
• Provide excellent customer experience in store.
• Keep store clean, tidy and safe.
• Provide information about product features and stock availability.
• Assist with markdowns and pricing changes.
• Maintain presentable stock and replenish as needed.

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energetic team, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers delivering an excellent experience for them while they are in store.

Role

• Helping to achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while processing sales transactions with care
• Ensuring customers have a positive experience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standard the outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed our customers with information about our product including features and benefits and stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidy and presentable and replenish as needed
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction with our guidelines
• Process deliveries

• Competent at till operations and Cash/card handling
