Job summary

Saltrock Tenby is seeking a warm, friendly Sales Advisor for an 8-hour maternity cover to join our coastal lifestyle team. You will engage customers, demonstrate product passion and help deliver an excellent in-store experience.

You’ll work with a lively retail team, process sales at the till, keep the store tidy, assist with merchandising and deliveries, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• A warm and friendly manner that fits with our culture.
• A passion for selling and interacting with customers.
• Recognition of the importance of strong visual merchandising.
• Competent at till operations and Cash/card handling.
• Experience in Retail would be desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand while processing sales transactions with care.
• Ensure customers have a positive in-store experience in a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain high store housekeeping to ensure a healthy and safe environment.
• Provide customers with information about product features and stock availability.
• Assist with markdowns/price changes within agreed timescales.

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energetic team, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers delivering an excellent experience for them while they are in store.

Role

• Helping to achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while processing sales transactions with care
• Ensuring customers have a positive experience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standard the outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed our customers with information about our product including features and benefits and stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidy and presentable and replenish as needed
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction with our guidelines
• Process deliveries
