Job summary

Persimmon Homes is seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor in the UK to guide buyers from first inquiry to handover. You will welcome prospective buyers, conduct viewings, and manage the end-to-end sales journey while coordinating with marketing and development teams on new launches and offers.

The role requires experience in new homes sales or estate agency, full UK driving licence, and a strong customer-service orientation with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agency.
• Hours: Thu–Mon, 11:00–18:00 (busiest times).
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, proactive and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective buyers with expert advice on homes and lifestyle.
• Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing high standards and quality.

About the Role

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our beautiful developments, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives. You’ll manage the entire journey from first inquiry to the moment we hand over the keys.

What you’ll do as a Sales Advisor

• Able to work Thursday through to Monday 11am-6pm (our busiest times!)
