Job summary

Persimmon Homes in Stratford-upon-Avon is hiring a Sales Advisor to guide buyers from first contact through handover, delivering excellent service and a smooth journey. You’ll work across inquiries, viewings, and closing the sale with a friendly, professional approach.

You will conduct in-person and virtual viewings, stay informed on pricing and incentives, and collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agency.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, proactive and adaptable.
• Ability to conduct in-person and virtual viewings.

About the Role

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our beautiful developments, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives. You'll manage the entire journey from first inquiry to the moment we hand over the keys.

What you'll do as a Sales Advisor

What experience do I need?

• Proven experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agency
• Able to work Thursday through to Monday 11am-6pm (our busiest times!)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable
