Job summary

Persimmon Homes is seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor to guide buyers from initial inquiry through handover. You’ll conduct in-person and virtual viewings, present our homes, and manage the full sales journey with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Join a busy team working Thursday to Monday 11am-6pm, with competitive pay, commission, and potential OTE. A full UK driving licence and a passion for outreach are essential for success.

• Proven experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agency.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

About the Role

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our beautiful developments, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives. You’ll manage the entire journey from first inquiry to the moment we hand over the keys.
